  3. Salad Dressings: Some salad dressings may contain gluten-containing ingredients like wheat-based thickeners or malt vinegar.
  4. Processed Meats: Certain processed meats, such as sausages, deli meats, and hot dogs, may contain gluten in the form of fillers or flavourings.
  5. Flavoured Crisps and Snacks: Flavoured crisps and snacks may contain gluten in seasonings or coatings, so it’s essential to check labels for gluten-free options.
