Each week I will share a meal plan with 1 meat based dinner, 1 fish based dinner (both of which could be adapted to be vegan) and 3 plant-based dinners (which you can easily add extra protein too if you wish). I will provide as many swaps or amendments as possible to help cater for your food choices.

Yes! Although some ingredients may differ slightly on the shopping list, you’re not restricted to which country you can benefit from the Members Kitchen. Do reach out via email if you have any questions about this.

No. Use it however you like. Swap days, use older meal plans that are a bit of you, pick other recipe favourites from my site or just follow the full plan to make life as easy as possible.

Yes. Everything keeps the same allergy friendly approach allowing you to pick what ingredients you usually buy to suit allergens in the family.
