Introducing these super easy 4 ingredient Peanut Butter Breakfast Flapjacks.

I have teamed up with FREEE to create these delicious breakfast flapjacks. (This is a sponsored recipe)

These are the perfect healthy breakfast or snack for on the go.

With only 5 minutes of work these are brilliant for prepping for your weekly breakfasts.

What you’re going to LOVE about these flapjacks:

  • Super easy
  • Nutritious
  • Filling
  • 4 ingredients
  • Perfect for on the go
  • Gluten Free & Vegan

Using these 4 simple ingredients:

Ingredients

For this recipe I am using FREEE Corn flakes which only contain 4 ingredients (shown in the next photo)

They are delicious and absolutely perfect for using in these flapjacks.

FREEE Cereal

Did you know that FREEE also now do their own vegan, gluten free porridge oats! FREEE’s breakfast range makes starting your day with a gluten free, vegan and organic breakfast as easy as one, two, FREEE.

Cereal Ingredients

Above all, these breakfast flapjacks couldn’t be easier to make.

Simply mixing the 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl before baking.

The combination of bananas, peanut butter and cinnamon make the perfect mix ready for the cereal.

Adding peanut butter also increases the protein in these which is perfect for breakfast or snacks. If you love peanut butter then try my 15 Minute Peanut Butter Noodles.

The FREEE Corn Flakes add a great texture and once baked add delicious chewiness and are extremely filling.

Breakfast Flapjacks

As a result within 5 minutes you’ll have your flapjack mixture ready to bake.

It’s really that simple!

Breakfast Flapjacks

Make sure to line a square baking tray and press down the mix so it compacts ready for placing in the oven for 15 minutes.

This helps to bake the flapjacks evenly and firm up ready for slicing.

Once out the oven and cooled they are ready to slice and eat.

Chewy, super filling and the perfect breakfast or snack for on the go.

You just HAVE to try them!

Furthermore you can also store these in the fridge as your breakfast prep for the week or freeze for another time.

  1. Hi James,
Thank you for this (I hope) very simple recipe.
Could you please confirm : the baking tin, when you write 9×9, it is 9 x 9 inches ? It would mean 23×23 cm for me.

        1. I did it, on November 2. I ate 3 squares the same day…. I’m too gourmand !!! Fortunately the other ones are unscathed in the freezer 🙂 Thank you James 🙂

  2. 5 stars
These look great but where can I buy the cereal? Their website doesn’t list their retail locations. Thanks!

    1. Hey Anne, it’s stocked in most good supermarkets or health food shops. Products vary depending on which stores. You can always purchase through their website as well.
