Peanut Butter Breakfast Flapjacks

Ingredients

FREEE
Corn Flakes (325g)
4
ripe
bananas
mashed
4
tbsp
peanut butter
1
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 180C
To a large mixing bowl add your 4 ripe bananas and mash
Now add the 4 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tsp cinnamon and mix
Add your FREEE Corn Flakes
and mix until well combined
Line a square baking tin (9x9) with baking paper and pour in the cornflake mixture and press down firmly with a fork until nice and compressed
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180C
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing into squares
Notes
Tip: Store these in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze for future use.
