Using these 3 simple ingredients you can get from any supermarket.
Firstly add your blueberries, maple syrup and water to a high powered blender and blitz until smooth.
Finally pour your blueberry mix into your Ice Lolly Moulds and pop into the freezer for roughly 5 hours (Overnight is best)!
These berry ice lollies are adaptable meaning you can use what berries you can get your hands on or what you prefer.
If you don’t have or don’t like blueberries then swap for these berries instead:
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Cherries
I personally love the Zoku Ice Lolly moulds which you can get here.
Simply, remove from the freezer, run under cold water and gently pull until they come loose.
