This tahini sauce is so versatile. It goes amazing in noodle dishes, mixed into roasted veg, added to homemade slaw or even as a salad dressing! 

1 serving (for the asian buckwheat noodles recipe otherwise its more like 2 servings as a dip or 3-4 servings as a salad dressing)

Prep: 1 min

GF,DF,VG,V,RSF

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup/honey
  • 3-4 tablespoons water

Mix all these together in a bowl until smooth and a slightly runny texture, slowly add more water until desired consistency.
