Begin by poking some holes in the potato with a fork or skewer, then rub the olive oil onto the potato and sprinkle over the salt.
Place into an air fryer basket at 200c for 45-55 minutes (slightly dependent on the air fryer and size of potato). Turn over halfway through to ensure an even crisp on the skin.
Poke a skewer through the potato to check it is soft throughout. Cut open and serve with toppings of choice.
Microwave Instructions
Should you wish, you can microwave for 8 minutes before putting in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes.
