Firstly, slice the onion, garlic, ginger and broccoli.
Now heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a skillet or a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onions, ginger, and garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
When your veggies are fragrant, add beans, broccoli and prawns. Stir well and cook, stirring for 3 minutes (if the prawns are precooked, if raw cook for 5 minutes until turned pink).
In the meantime, prepare the sauce; whisk together soy sauce or tamari, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, and water in a small bowl.
Add the sauce to the skillet with the prawns and cook until the sauce thickens, but not too thick. It usually takes around 1-2 minutes.
