Step-by-Step Photos: My blog post includes helpful step-by-step photos to help guide you through making this recipe.Substitutions & Variations: I have included a list of these in the post above. To Store: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Make sure to shake it before enjoying. To Freeze: This maple dijon salad dressing will freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge and then shake before using.Tip 1: While this is a great salad dressing recipe, it can also be thickened up for a dipping sauce or drizzled over some roasted vegetables. If you eat meat, it also makes for a great marinade.Tip 2: If you love spicy dishes then you could add in freshly chopped chilli or even chilli flakes to taste.Tip 3: If you want a bit more of a creamy dijon salad dressing, increase the dijon and maple and cut back on the olive oil and vinegar a bit.
