Start your morning with a stack of rich and fluffy Chocolate Pancakes! Ready in 15 minutes with only 4 ingredients, these are guaranteed to satisfy any chocolate craving!
First, combine self-rising flour and cacao powder in a bowl.
Then, add milk and maple syrup. Stir until well combined and smooth. Add more milk if needed. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes. In the meantime, heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking oil.
Scoop around ¼ cup of the batter per pancake and drop it into the skillet. Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear on the surface. Then, gently lift and flip the pancakes and cook for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve pancakes warm, garnished with fresh strawberries, and drizzled with maple syrup.
