Firstly, Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Place the kale pieces in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil and a pinch of salt over the kale and use your hands to massage the oil evenly onto each leaf. This helps to ensure that the leaves crisp up evenly in the air fryer.
Add your chosen seasonings and shake well until the kale is evenly coated.
Place the seasoned kale leaves in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to allow for proper air circulation and even cooking. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 3 to 4 minutes (give them a shake half way through).
