Thinly slice the chicken breast, peppers and onion into similar size strips to help cook evenly.
Add all to a large mixing bowl with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt and pepper and mix to coat evenly.
Spread evenly across the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes at 200°C (390F) making sure to give a toss half way through. (do check the chicken is at least 72°C/162°F before serving)!
Serve in wraps with your favourite toppings.

Step-by-Step Photos: My blog post includes helpful step-by-step photos to help guide you through making this recipe.Substitutions & Variations: I have included a list of these in the post above. To Store: Store leftover chicken fajitas in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. Reheat in a pan, microwave, or air fryer. To Freeze: Freeze in an airtight container for up to 9 months. Thaw in the fridge and then reheat in the microwave, air fryer, or on the stove.Tip 1: Your cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer and the size of your chicken strips. Thin strips will cook faster while thicker strips will take longer.Tip 2: This is a great meal prep meal! You can make a larger batch ahead of time and then refrigerate or freeze it depending on when you plan to enjoy it.Tip 3: For best results, make sure you lay all ingredients in an even layer so the hot air can get to everything evenly.
