Kale with Artichoke & Mustard
Super easy 3 ingredient delicious kale side dish that goes with everything!
Heat a wok on medium heat
Drain the artichokes from the jar and add straight to the wok (they should still have excess oil on to help cook)
Now add the kale and fry together for 5 minutes
In a small mixing bowl add 1 tbsp dijon mustard and either 1 or 2 tbsp water depending on how strong you want it
Pour into the kale, mix in and fry for a further 2 mins
Serve topped with sesame seeds (optional)
