Ingredients
2
cups
blueberries
400g (I used frozen)
2
cups
cold water
500ml
2
tbsp
maple syrup
(or honey)
Instructions
Simply add your blueberries, water and maple syrup/honey to a
high powered blender
and blend for roughly a minute until smooth
Pour into
Ice Lolly moulds
and place in the freezer for 5 hours (or overnight is better)
Notes
Swap for other berries if you wish!
