Ingredients

can
black beans
drained & rinsed
1
can
cannellini beans
drained & rinsed
1
can
kidney beans
drained & rinsed
2
celery stalks
roughly diced
1
pepper
roughly diced
1
carrot
roughly diced
½
cucumber
roughly diced
handful
fresh coriander
finely chopped
Dressing
¼
cup
olive oil
(60ml)
¼
cup
cider vinegar
(60ml)
1
tbsp
maple syrup or honey
(15ml)
large
pinch
salt
Instructions
Firstly drain and rinse your beans and add to a large mixing bowl
Now roughly chop the veg and coriander and add to the bowl
Finally pour in your dressing ingredients and mix the salad until well combined
Notes
Storage: Will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
