🛒Ingredients
▪️3 large Potatoes (I use Maris Piper)
▪️Rosemary stalks ▪️Olive oil
▪️Salt
—
1️⃣Slice the potato into thin slices (aim for 0.5cm thickness)
2️⃣Place into a bowl, drizzle a little olive oil and shake until all are covered evenly
3️⃣Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the potatoes onto the tray (make sure they have space)
4️⃣Place in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes
5️⃣Turn them and place back in the oven for 10 minutes
6️⃣Finally push through onto the rosemary stalks and serve with a sprinkle of salt
