Raw Cacao & Beet Mousse

This is a really simple yet delicious dessert that will really impress any guests or satisfy your sweet tooth.

GF,DF,V,RSF can be VG if you swap the honey with maple syrup


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cooked beetroot (this is optional, if you don’t have it or don’t like beetroot then try without)
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey (depending on how sweet you want it, use maple syrup if you’re vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (good quality)

Place all these ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Once smooth place into a glass or a bowl and put in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.

Tip: Just before serving roughly top with chia seeds.
