All the recipes are based on needing just 10 minutes of energy to create which is exactly how I taught myself to cook.

They are all gluten free, dairy free, egg free, refined sugar-free and also plant-based/vegan but giving options to those who want to add meat or fish.

Whilst doing research for this book I found that many recipe books out there are just so complex to follow with ridiculous ingredients and long methods.

That’s exactly why I wanted to create my own, making it simple and accessible for all.
