Cinnamon & Cacao Porridge

This is a very healthy day to day breakfast that won’t just fill you up but will also keep you blood sugar levels balanced through till lunch time.

Prep: 1 min

Cooking: 1min 30 seconds



  • 1 cup gluten free porridge oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (use more if you prefer yours milkier)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (I prefer frozen)


Place the 1 cup of oats into a bowl, then add the 1 cup of milk to it and stir a little.

Now add the raw cacao powder and stir again.

Place in the microwave for 1min 30 seconds.

Now add the cinnamon on top.

As I’m using frozen blueberries (I prefer the juice you get when defrosting) I defrost these for 40 seconds in the microwave and pour on top.
