Breakfast Smoothie 2 Ways

This is a great breakfast that can be made to have two different ways. One is thicker and is more like a yoghurt thats great in a bowl with stuff on top and the other is for a morning smoothie on the go to drink.

Serves 1 bowl about 500ml of smoothie (you can always just had 1 1/2 cups milk instead and make this into 2 glasses about 350ml each)

  • 1/2 cup GF porridge oats
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (just add more almond milk for the smoothie on the go)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 avocado


Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for a couple minutes until smooth.

Tip: If you are having as a smoothie bowl, defrost some blueberries and raspberries and place on top to enhance the flavours.
