This bowl of goodness got so much love on Instagram I thought I should type up the recipe for it. I had this for a lunch but it works perfectly for a dinner recipe too.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 large sweet potato
- 4-6 broccoli stalks
- 4-6 asparagus
- Sauerkraut/hummus
- 1 serving of asian tahini & tamari sauce
- 1/2 fresh red chilli
Method:
Firstly follow the steps from the spicy sweet potato wedges recipe.
Now steam the broccoli and asparagus for 10 minutes.
Whilst this is cooking prepare the asian tamari & tahini sauce (you wont need anywhere near this much so either make a smaller portion or use again for something else)
Cut an avocado in half, peel the skin off and slice.
I used sauerkraut (naturally fermented) but a large spoon full of hummus works well too.
Finally just plate it all up and finish with a pinch of salt & pepper, the sliced red chilli and a drizzle of the sauce.
Tip: Always try to buy naturally fermented products as these are less likely to have any preservatives and nasties in.
