Very quick, refreshing and zingy hummus that goes great with everything.
Prep: 3 mins
- 1 can chickpeas
- Juice of 1/2 a large lemon
- 4 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (sliced into small pieces)
- handful of fresh basil leaves
- 3-4 pinches of salt
- 2-3 pinches of pepper
Drain the tinned chickpeas and then simply place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
