I have allergies to many foods, so all my recipes I share with you will be completely free from the ingredients below:
- Dairy (I eat goats cheese so this will be included in my recipes sometimes)
- White Onion
I also avoid using refined/processed sugar in all my recipes.
In some recipes I will state which ingredients above may enhance the dish for example cumin in a curry.
I will be using organic locally sourced meat, fruit and vegetables as much as possible in all my cooking.
